Fall is officially right around the corner! In fact, I’ve got three days and counting! Granted, it certainly doesn’t feel like fall here in Texas, but I’m definitely in that state of mind. I’ve never been one to skirt around the fact that I’m not super in love with the traditional muted, dusty colors of autumn though. The burnt oranges and maroons; they’re just not really my thing. But what I have been craving for this upcoming fall and winter seasons are lots and LOTS of textures!! Cozy knits and warm woods. That is my jam right now. So, today I thought I’d mix up my usual monthly Color Pops board with a post dedicated to some super cool wooden elements to help add lovely texture to your home!
1. Round Bentwood Pendant | West Elm 2. Village Scultptures | BoConcept 3. Diamond Wall Clock | BoConcept 4. Grain Chair | CB2 5. Rook Lamp | BluDot 6. Live Edge Trapezoid Cutting Board | Leif Shop 7. Invisiplug Surge Protector | Amazon
Can we just take a moment to appreciate how genius the wood toned surge protector is?? This little thing is made to blend in with your hardwood floors instead of being such an eyesore. It even comes in three different ‘stains.’ I’m also really really loving the pendant lamp and the geometric clock. I jumped wholeheartedly on the geometric train, ya’ll. It’s so sculptural, but in a solid color, it’s still very simple. And, even though our apartment dweller status means we’ve never ever swapped out a light fixture, I’ll still stare at this pendant lovingly and count down the days until we have free range over a house!
