My “bread-and-butter” color choice with home decorating is without a doubt, navy blue. It’s a perfect non-neutral neutral that makes whites whiter and helps other colors in the room pop, but lately, I’ve really been digging green. Bright, springy, summer-time green. Paired with crisp white, it creates such a happy vibe.Image may be NSFW.

And this color is especially great for outdoor areas. You saw a sneak peek of my upcoming outdoor wall project in this patio progress post last week which is boasting a happy kelly green stencil . The rug above is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use and the cute, modern birdhouse would make any flying friend ecstatic hanging in a big, back yard tree. (If only we had a back yard! One day, though!)
